Public Offer

1. Subject of the Offer

This document is a public offer by the Toxic[V] team (the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for Dota 2 boosting and coaching services under the terms set out below. Payment for services constitutes the Client's agreement to the terms of this offer.

2. Services

The Provider offers the following services: raising the rating (MMR) on the Client's account, individual training and game reviews, and consultations on drafting and game mechanics.

3. How Services Are Provided

• Specific terms (timeline, cost, scope) are agreed upon individually when you reach out.
• The Client provides account access or is personally present — depending on the chosen service format.
• The Provider may involve other team coaches in delivering the service.

4. Payment

The cost of the service is fixed before work begins. Payment is made via a method agreed upon by both parties when placing the order.

5. Refunds

If the service was not delivered due to the Provider's fault, the Client is refunded an amount proportional to the incomplete portion of the work. Refunds for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Provider is not liable for any platform sanctions applied to the Client's account for reasons unrelated to the service provided. The Client independently assesses the risks of granting account access to third parties.

7. Validity of the Offer

This offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Provider at any time; the current version is always available at this address.
